  • Undercover Planter - Bench

    1-4 Guests
    A cosy perch under cover, but still part of the garden air. These north-facing benches line the edge of the alfresco; light, open, and a touch of fresh mist when it rains.

    Best for casual catch-ups, small bites, and a drink in hand.

  • Open Air Planter - Bench

    1-4 Guests
    Out in the open, beneath the trees. These north-east benches catch the warm morning sun and a little of the day’s weather.

    Low stools and narrow benchtops make them ideal for coffee, a snack, or a relaxed drink outdoors.

  • Open Air - Table

    2-4 Guests
    Open to the sky, shaded by branches. This table is ideal for slow mornings or shared bites in the sun. Expect a little weather, a lot of garden, and space for a few dishes between friends and family.

  • Undercover Alfresco - Tables

    2-9 Guests
    Comfortably undercover with the garden still in view. These tables are suited to longer stays with supportive chairs, room for a mix of nibbles or share-style dishes and a few spots tucked under the heaters for cooler days.

  • Inside Window - Bench

    1-3 Guests
    Indoors but still connected to the garden view. These low-backed barstools line a window benchtop.

    Perfect for solo sips, small plates, or a quiet chat out of the weather.

Whether you’ve been exploring the Geelong Botanic Gardens, cooling off at Eastern Beach, or watching the weekend cricket nearby, we’ll always do our best to find you a table. If we’re at capacity, we’ll add you to our short waitlist at the entrance, or you can grab takeaway and enjoy it in your favourite patch of the Gardens.

Regardless, you’ll never be turned away without an option.

A few things to note:
– For general bookings, deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
– For enquiries of 15+ guests, at least 1 month’s notice is required.
– We do not offer traditional high tea packages.
– Cake to celebrate? Absolutely bring one. A $2pp cakeage fee will apply.
– WYM is not the right fit for wedding receptions.
– All spaces within the Geelong Botanic Gardens must remain open to the public, even during private booking (inc. WYM).
