What to expect on the day

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in and take a breath. Lily, your host, will greet you with a warm welcome and your first drink.
If you haven’t visited WYM before, be sure to allow yourself extra time find a park and walk to the venue -
Once everyone has arrived, we’ll gather briefly while Lily explains how the afternoon will flow. You’ll receive a simple match card to note who you feel a spark with.

From there, the mingling begins. You’ll spend around 5 to 10 minutes chatting with each person, rotating so everyone has the chance to connect.
Not sure what to talk about? We’ll have a few gentle prompts ready to help conversations flow naturally.

When the rounds wrap up, you’re welcome to stay on and continue chatting. Additional drinks will be available to purchase at the bar if you’d like to linger a little longer.
